Spindle holder for precise clamping and secure rounding
Our spindle holders ensure a stable and exact clamping of your Breaking spindles – even under demanding conditions. They ensure precision in the grinding process, extend the service life of your spindle and are also available as a custom production.
What is a spindle holder – and what is it needed for?
Spindle holders are inconspicuous – but essential. Without it no precise clamping, no stable spindle, no repeatable grinding results. You keep dressing spindle exactly where it belongs: free of play, free of tension and precisely aligned. Especially in machines that run in continuous operation for many hours, it depends on every micrometer. A clean spindle holder ensures that your spindle can permanently unfold its power – and will not become a weak point in the process.
Precision from clamping: What distinguishes our spindle holder
Our spindle holders are asked exactly when a spindle is to unfold its full power – permanent, accurate and without disturbing vibrations. They form the solid basis of each successful dressing solution and secure the power transmission as well as the position of the spindle in the process. We rely on low-voltage annealed GG25 casting, fine-machined surfaces and a constructive design that maintains high loads as well as finest tolerances.
The targeted undersize in the half shells ensures reliable, stress-free clamping – even with frequent change. Result: smooth running, reproducible grinding results and a significantly longer service life of the spindles used.
