Mandrel for the diamond roll with high-precision bearings in bushes at both fixed and loose side: Bearings are clamped in half-liners with approx. 0.05 mm oversize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using a spacer the mandrel of the diamond roll may be used in different truing devices with diamond rolls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mandrels of the diamond roll are designed for oil mist lubrication. Lubrication requires \u00bd drop of oil (CL10) at 1 bar of dried and filtered compressed air.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      This mandrel for the diamond roll is equipped with Teflon sealing rings and high-precision bearings in the bushes at both fixed and loose bearing side. The Teflon sealing rings have the advantage that they are proof against dry running and don\u2019t cause heating up due to friction. The mandrel for the diamond roll is supported in the half-liners of the diamond roll truing device and clamped with approx. 0.05 mm oversize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Fixed bearing and loose bearing are operating at an overpressure of approx. 0.5 bar. An asynchronous motor and a toothed belt drive GT5MR are used for the drive.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
